MS Project: Listing Resource Names by Task Bars

Hi,

For some reason, on my most recent project MS Project is not listing the
resource names by the Task Bars.

I am want to print a Gantt Chart showing who is doing what. I have gone into
Bar Styles, Text Tab and indicated Resource Names, Initials and so forth be
listed to the left, right, above... of the the task bars (I have made a few
tries).

Is there a setting I may have accidentally changed with errant key strokes
to cause this problem? Listing resources by task bars has been successful (It
is a default setting!) in my other projects.

Thanks in advance for your advice. - John

Hi John,

If you had formatted individual bars through the Format>Bar command it
over-rides any format set through Format Bar Styles. Select all tasks in
the project, choose Format>Bar and click the Reset button to remove any
individual formatting.

Hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
